2^nd Row:   S1, k4, p1, k2, p1, k3, m1, k2tog, k1.

3^rd Row:   S1, k2, m1, k2tog, k3, m2, k2tog, m2, k2tog, k3.

4^th Row:   S1, k4, p1, k2, p1, k5, m1, k2tog, k1.

5^th Row:   S1, k2, m1, k2tog, k1, m2, k2tog, m2, k2tog, k3.

6^th Row:   S1, k4, p1, k2, p1, k7, m1, k2tog, k1.

7^th Row:   S1, k2, m1, k2tog, k14.

8^th Row:   S1, k15, m1, k2tog, k1.
