| Use scale corresponding to the bust
measure to draft the different pieces. Make the collar as
all the others of its kind. Line both the centre and the
ruffle for jabot. Gather from the notch in the ruffle to
the end to fit the center piece, and sew the edges
between the two sections of the center pieces, and tack
